About Us

Paul is a Premed Major from Xavier University and Illinois Benedictine University. Paul's career was as a science teacher in junior high school, then pharmaceutical sales and finally into the computer industry with, International Business Machines (IBM).  He went from computer sales  then sales and marketing instructor to marketing manager then left IBM and spent time with Nynex (now Verizon) rising to regional manager and with Decision One, (formerly Bell Atlantic) also as a regional manager. His final work in industry was as a National Sales Manager for a small computer company, managing 60 Sales Reps.

On September 11, 2001 both Janice and Paul decided to quit working in industry and drove out WEST.  Starting in Montana and heading south along US 25 they looked at dozens of RV Parks for sale.  They stumbled into Horspitality and Wickenburg.  That was it. They fell in love and the rest is history, as they say. 

After owning the park for over 2 decades they wouldn't want to do anything else.  "We love our guests and we especially love the uniqueness of Horspitality".  

Many of our guests have been coming for years.  Some have actually been coming since the park opened 31 years ago.  Thanks to all our visitors, you make Horspitality special. .

Welcome to Horspitality RV Park's website.  It is our mission to make your stay with us an experience you will never forget.  Maybe knowing where we come from and why we work so hard to be a little better. 

Janice and Paul have lived in many different places.  Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and Traverse City, Michigan to start.  Other places they have lived prior to meeting were: Shegoygan, WI, West DesMoine, IA, DesMoine, Chicago, Kankakee, IL, Aurora, IL, Riverside, IL, Cincinnati, Bloomington, MN, Dallas, Boca Raton, FL, Delray Beach, FL, Whittier, CA, Calgary, Alberta, Binghamton, NY, Burlington, VT, Ocala, FL, Royal Palm Beach, FL.  All those places before even meeting. 

Once Jan and Paul met, moving didn't stop.  Within 30 days of getting married they moved to Plymouth, MN, then Royal Palm Beach again, then Boston and back to Florida and then off to Denver, back to Wellington, FL and finally to Wickenburg. 

Janice's University work was in International Business at FAU and Janice's career was as a paralegal with attorneys that practiced personal injury law.  Her primary responsibility was to prepare cases for trial and assist as a trial paralegal.
