Please call Janice at 928-684-2519 for rates.  In order to accurately provide rate information we need to find out when you are coming and how long you will stay and what type of site. 

Long term rates (multi-month) during "season" are as little as $600 per month plus electric. The shorter your visit the higher the rate.

In order to ensure that we meet your needs we require a telephone reservation. We also require a deposit to hold a site. If you do not provide a deposit you do not have a reservation. 

Daily rates for 

Pull Thru Sites are $70 for a full hookup. Good Sam discounts only apply to FHU short term. Full Hook Up Good Sam Discounts are 10% ofF.

$63 including Tax for a FHU Pull Through after discount.  

Back In Site 50 amp FHU is $61 after GS Discount.

Back in 30 amp sites are $59 After GS Discount

Annual rates are more than $1,000 less than any comparable monthly rate for 12 months. Annual sites must be prepaid with a one month electric deposit. We do not refund annual payments. If you remove your RV you relinquish the use of the site.  Current Annual rate is $4,995.

No deposits are refunded for Monthly or Annual sites until the completion of the term initialed on the Long Term Registration Form. If you do not show up on the beginning date of your reservation or if you leave prior to the end date we WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT OR ANY PREPAYMENTS. 

Daily and Weekly deposits or prepays are not refunded. They will go towards the site rent when you arrive.  If you do not show up on the day you reserved or if you change your mind we WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. We will use your deposit toward another visit subject to availability. 

Your term of stay begins the day you sign up for when making your reservation.  If you are delayed for any reason including weather, mechanical difficulties or personal issues your day or month begins on the date of reservation. We are unable to "slide" your start dates or prorate your stay.   All monthly reservations begin on the 1st of the month.  We rarely allow Mid month to Mid month.  Also, if you do not arrive on the date you originally reserved, we cannot extend the date of your departure. Someone has reserved the dates "behind you".  Put simply, we do not refund or prorate or extend monthly stays for any reason, except serious illness with a Physicians note.
